Here is Aka again.
Used a reference to try and get a more realistic look this time. The photo that i referenced looked like a journey photo almost, so I wrote a little history blurb to go along with it

Aka: shortened his ears from the bunny length, back to original length. Added face markings (show is a demon)
Akatsuki's History: Grew up with his fox demon clan until his ability to live on his own. He had then been driven out of his clan due to his three pronged ears, which symbolized his greater power. His fox clan had been breeding with humans for centuries, and so for thousands of years their demon blood had been diluted, causing them to lose their true demon form and only be able to go to a fox form and human form. Aka, however, due to some gene mutation and chance breeding, was able to regain a more true demon blood, and so regained the original three pronged ears that once all fox demons had. Out of fear of his immense power and difference, Aka was exiled from his clan. This greatly pained the loving and carefree Aka, who for years wandered alone and confused. Upon hearing that his clan, shortly after, had been wiped out by a rivaling clan, Aka was in anguish. If they had kept him, had allowed for him to stay, he would have most certainly been able to protect them. At his deepest point of misery, he happened across Gurei, a wolf/fox demon. Sensing the 1/4 fox in Gurei, and desperately wanting a companion in his time of need, he decided to follow Gurei in his travels, much to Gurei's utter annoyance. The wolf/fox demon was a thief and traveled between the demon and human realm, and Aka quickly learned the trade. During that time Aka slowly but steadily chipped away at Gurei's icy heart to befriend him.
And that is how Aka met Gurei. End of story time. haha
