Okay so the flash file looked aweful, so if anyone can explain why my background disappeared, and the character was draggin in the flash but not in the others and how to fix that I would love you. But in the mean time I'm just going to put it up on youtube, and you can watch it via this link:[link]
Just testing out my new program. I know it's not great, but it's the first thing I've ever animated, so be kind!
Also, the background is by by Colin Stimpson (AKA, the actual background designer for Balto)
I do not own Balto, this is just a little test, for fun.

I think this might have been uploaded wrong.. the animation is actually the preview, and there is no movement.......

Good joint mechanics, although the timing on the legs is a little off. Anticipation hold should be stronger before he jumps, but all in all, this is actually pretty good

So I've changed it up a bit, and added a proper link to a better quality version, like one with a background. So please, tell me what you think! I tried adding a bit more anticipation to the jump as you said, but now I feel like my running is sloppy

You're getting there. If you notice when he pulls into the jump, his body doesn't quite go down for the build up but instead looks like he's flying, rather than jumping. As for the running, trust me, a quadrupedal walk cycle, let alone a run cycle, is a nightmare, so don't get disheartened if you don't get it right the first time
