The Connecticut big three: Bridgeport, New Haven, and HartfordHartford: Thomas Goede Hoop Jones
Hartford looks very Uke in this picture but he really isn't. He's more soft spoken then the other two and is also the smallest of the three. He's more nerdy and pretty poor. He is usually pretty composed except when he get angry he curses wildly in spanish. He's the capitol (left)
His secret is that he wasted his inheritance on hookers and booze, so Connecticut is very strict with him.
New Haven: Roger (Roddy) Hale Jones
New Haven is attention starved, he has many accomplishments like creating the hamburger and Yale University. He enjoys being Italian, kissing, and pizza. He's just wants to be loved. He raised Newark, NJ (middle)
Bridgeport: Bridget Parker Jones
Bridgeport is famous for being run down and poor. She doesn't give a crap about most things and just likes to smoke. She has a pretty bad temper and looks down on her brothers. She would be pretty, but she didn't take care of herself when she was younger. Her twin brother is Fairfield: The Preppiest place in the world. Sometimes she just wants to kill him She's the biggest. (right)

I love this! Never thought about what places would be like if they were people, but you've got CT's big three cities down pat! (especially Hartford, pretending to be all fancy but secretly the poorest city in America per capita.) Question though: What about Stamford and Waterbury?

Well, it was founded by colonists from the Mass Bay colony, and its first mayor was Roger Sherman. There's a fairly wide range of economical classes. There are very rich New Haveners, most of whom live in the E. Rock neighborhood area, closer to Hamden, and then there's the more ghetto area, around the Dixwell/Newhallville neighborhood. Not as bad as NYC's ghettos, sure, but nowhere near the CT stereotype people think of.(Which is more like Greenwich/Darien/Madison, as you probably know) And we were once co-capital of CT with Hartford, and were actually going to be before Hartford was picked.
We have a LOT of very good(and varied, from American to Spanish[2nd favorite] to Mexican to French[BEST] to... eclectic) restaurants(apparently, 95 top-rated by Zagat) And we're big on pizza(New Haven style, of course) and, at least according to us, we've got the best pizza in the country. (The debate is up as to who has the best pizza, Modern, Pepe's or Sally's) And the founder of Louis's Lunch on Crown St. is credited to have invented the hamburger and the steak sandwich. We also have our own Little Italy(around Wooster Square).
We also have a lot of culture and arts, which is probably largely supported by the presence of Yale University.(That said, the International Festival of Arts and Ideas happens during the summer!) Also: Ours was the first St. Patty's day parade in New England.(But don't tell people in Ireland that, the parade idea is more Irish-American than Irish, apparently they don't make such a loud fuss over it!)
Although, it wasn't always like that, New Haven had to undergo a big urban renewal project. My mom was at Yale before the renewal project, and says that it really wasn't "somewhere you'd want to walk around alone".
Also, historically speaking, New Haven was fairly close(as America goes) to England, and fought alongside Brits for about a century... and most New Haveners didn't really want the Revolutionary War, hoping that the conflict could be solved without it. And, while the British DID raid us, they didn't burn the city.
That wasn't a little, I know, but for such a small city, there's a lot to us. No wonder finding parking downtown on a weekend is impossible... at least w/o the parking garages... XD
