little bonus info:
his right arm can transform into many kind of weapons or tools. for example:
- handcanon
- minigun
-normal arm ( like left arm but blue)
-blade
-hammer
-saw
-claw (in this pic)
-flamethrower
-medical tools
and so on.
special abilities:
his arm can transform to a virus-rifle. this weapons bullets are like shards. when the target gets its hit: the victim will transform into a terracon(means to a zombie) in time. so yes, It's a zombie maker
he can transform his huge arm to four little bit smaller arms. He's a scientist, he needs many arms as possible when he's working.
he has behind his head a round neck protection witch can transform into a much more secure head. This is one part of his full battlearmor form (witch I'll draw too in the future)

I said ''anyone'' not anything....but yeah, maybe I meant more like cybertronians and devices and vehicles (witch work with electricity or with other power sources) than anything else.
when he shoots at (for example) a normal car with this virus rifle, the shard (the bullet) starts to change its fixed matter to a liquid matter. this liquid matter starts to spread all over the cars insides like snakes poison until the whole system is under the poisons control.
because this shard is made of alien/cybertronian matters, the liquid matter will effect to this ''zombie car'' by transforming the normal car parts into a weaker version of cybertronian inside parts giving the ability to transform into cybertronian zombie, terracon witch is not pretty x)
so...but if he would shoot a rock or something like that, it would not work x) because there is no system inside where the poison could spread.
this virus will spread to a other cybertronian with the usual bite. the terracons mouth is flowing with the poison, so if someone gets bitten, the victim will get infection easily.
IF the target is huge, the poison will effect maybe after months or even years witch means it can be healed with amputation or with very strong medication, but there is only a few who knows the cure for this toxic virus

So he could build an entire army? Why doesn't he? If there aren't many cures I'd take over.

because when the victim turn into a zombie, it'll try to kill anything what moves, so it would be very difficult to control entire army of killing terracons. he wont take take the risk what it brings.
