Description
I may or may not be considering to dabble in basemaking? I used to try it a while ago already, but back then I wasn't working quickly enough for bases or YCHs to be feasible. Now that I've gotten faster and more experienced, it's something I might delve back into.This base is free to use, no strings attached. I'm happy if I get linked to pictures that used it as a ref or base tho! C:

The line art is very clean and not pixelated (big plus) and the pose itself is very cute and looks natural for the most part! The doll is pretty cute and the eyes look really good. I struggle with eyes most of the time, and I think yours are great! The shading is also nice and clean. The line art is a bit thick on the outline, but this is common in bases (especially chibi). I would recommend adding more skin and eye color options, or make the skin transparent, as it can be hard to change on some programs. A pretty good job overall, and one of my new favorite bases! Keep drawing!

As for the skin - if you click "Download", you get a zip-file with this base as workfiles! In those, the colors are all on separate layers, so you can easily change the skin and eye color without affecting the rest of the base. I hope that helps!
I kept it light in the PNG version because wand tools and color pickers can recognise it better better that way, but I might incorporate your feedback and offer up PNGs with several alternate skintones in the future. <3 Thank you again!
