Same as the Finnick piece with all the black, this one just felt SO flat with all the black in the original: [link]so again, I added a background using white charcoal pencil. I'm pleased with the results.
edit: this is Johanna removing Katniss' tracking chip. some reason people are acting like this is the worst thing...this is a GOOD thing Johanna is SAVING Katniss' life...n00bs
