haha, i perhaps i will soon, the thing is though because i work on them on and off so much it would be very fragmented, and a lot of it is just detailing so would be quite boring, and to fit into a reasonable video time would have to be sped up ridiculous amounts!

Even just snippets of the process would be cool, say the first 30 minutes at double speed and then a few short detailing videos to give us an idea of what your workflow is like and the way you use different brushes and lay down colors and whatnot.
