Kingdom Chronicles/Angel Raye's Chibi ScoutsFor 's contest.
I thought this was such a good drawing at first. D: Then as I was nearly done, I realized a bunch of things were bugging me, but was too tired to do anything after getting this far. The original intention was that they'd be sitting in Charice's garden near her flowers, but as it turned out, all the flower brushes I downloaded were wallpaper size, and wouldn't work. I did finally remember to color Charice's sash the right way, though D: So I guess this can also count towards a reference for my own contest
Anyways, this is Charice, my CloudxAeris child in KC, chatting with Maggie, Angelraye's Pluto child. Charice's feet are supposed to be hiding under her skirt, even though I kinda realize her skirt only really goes to her knees in technicality. Used petal brushes so as to redeem the original garden idea. D:

You just get more and more amazing. The poses look very natural, and your faces are getting to show more expression. Your hands are also getting better, more so when it's curled than when it's flat, though.
I like how Charise and Maggie contrast each other. Maggie (though I know you didn't design her) has darker features and you've accented them with darker clothing that's rather simple, while Charise's light complexion is complemented by the lighter, more detailed clothes she's wearing. Her accessories look really nice, too - the feathers on the bracelets attract attention, and the gradient-style clothing on her sash/bow as well.

Hands are the bane of my existance. Feet, too, technically, but I can hide those DD: If the character's barefoot.
I just went with greys cause of the whole Pluto color stuff. Char likes pink, so that's easy enough O: *still needs to work out some more outfits for Char, and find someone to draw her in Balamb Garden uniform* Sash is indeed a gradient O: Lasso tool to select, then gradient's applied. Feather's done with lasso set to feathering and the smudge tool, xD
The thing that bugs me the most is Char's eyes, though. DDDD: I hate how they look

Wow, you've really improved a lot. ^^ I'm seeing a huge difference in background, colouring, and poses, just to name a few. Everything is so shiney and bright!
