Love the industrial feel.
I also have Carrara, tried working with it twice, both times I scratched my head, frowned it switched off.

I think this would have been a tad better if she were actually leaning on the banister or sitting on the steps; as it stands she's tilted slightly back and gives the impression she's about to fall backward.
But I love the mood she displays and that outfit too.
