I pulled the scenery closer to the temple, but for some reason that dragon didn't quite work. Maybe I'll try a "real" dragon next and not an eastern one...

As always, it looks great, but maybe she should be off to the side a bit. The composition seems a little bland with the figure centered like that.

I think either will work, as long as she isn't perfectly centered. Right might be more effective since we generally read from left to right. It allows the eye to take in the image, flowing from left to right and then focusing on the character.
