This one is LONG overdue for me to chime in, especially since I'm so entirely crazy about it.
Most importantly, the tone job on your subject looks flawless and amazing to me. I think this is the best one you've done since you started blending channels, and the best proof-of-concept that the methods work as well for renders as they do for photographs.
Just as importantly, this might be the coolest background I've ever seen you use. It's wonderfully complex, just endless reward for as long as the viewer cares to enjoy it. (For instance, it took me a while to register the gears aside her throne itself...)
Quite fabulously, too, the "story" of this one seems especially rich. The symbolism of the setting in tandem with her own expression is marvelous. I'm struck that she seems lackadaisical in pose, but restless in expression, all tying in so fabulously with your "big theme."
I'm sorry it's taken me so long to tell you that this is one of the most fabulous works you've ever done. It really is an ass-kicker on the altogether, and the quality of your postwork just floors me.

Really like the discordancy between the dark metal and the illumination of her skin. Its amazing and I think really sets off the picture. It almost makes her pop off the screen at you.
