... Haircut time.Getting haircuts is always traumatizing for me. It didn't help that this woman would NOT SHUT UP.
Me: ...Child? How old do you think I AM?
Barber lady: Are you over 30?
Me: Um. No..?

OMG. Poor you. I had evil experiences as well....some stylists are just too chatty. Luckily, I have a good one now, she's not talkative at all... (which is good because I have really short hair and have to get a haircut once per month *W*)
I used to have waist-length hair when I was a kid. then I had flu and the hair got thinner. Besides, I looked really spooky with it >.> so I cut it off completely when I entered the university. I'm so glad I did XD

hah I used to have such loooong hair. I'm growing it out again, because Diego likes it lol. I get a haircut... once a year. <_< If even. Sometimes. And every time it's at a different place. D:

Yeah xD Well, each time I cut it to like... a couple of inches below my shoulders. And then by next year, it grows like... 5-7 inches. O_O

Ugh.. lady is nuts. i havent gotten a haircut here so i dunno how it'll be... hopefully i don't get a chatty lady cuz i'm lazy at talking spanish as well as i'm in need to becoming fluent in it again. :'(
When I was a kid, I went to get my hair cut... It was so traumatizing, too. I told the lady to cut it shoulder length... She cut it to above my ears... I cried and I didn't cut my hair until I hit high school. It had grown all the way to my butt. I hardly go to get my hair cut because of that lady. I have my mom do it. I trust her more.

Omg. I would have had a tantrum right there. I would have freaked. D: I used to have hair down to my butt too. The first time I cut it, though, it felt great. It was so LIGHT. I didn't realize how HEAVY my hair is... but I still felt like crying. And do every single time I get my hair cut.

I know. It's so sad that at our ages people would say that we have to toughen up but still, hair is hair! No one wants to go looking around like an idiot because someone messed it up. My hair has a mind of it's own and it floated when I was 8 so my step bros tend to make fun of because of it. >_< damn them.

lol Oh so fitting. Haircuts = traumatizing indeed. And then you get the uber chatty stylists. Ugh! Double the torture. Add to that the patronizing ones. Oh geez! Luckily, the one I have in town here is nice. I usually try to go when my mom goes just the same cause my mom can chat up a storm with her (if she feels like it) and that keeps 'em both busy. In any case, I know I don't have to chat and it's okay. She's also respectful of what I request, doesn't do the patronizing act or anything annoying and she does a really good job, creative and suited stuff if/when given the space to do so! I hope you all find someone like that. I do hope to have a stylist like her or her for a looong time to come too.

She was beyond chatty. She wouldn't STOOOP. I had to cut her off just to tell her what I wanted her to do with my hair in the first place lol. I need to find me a regular stylist.. but I get a haircut once a year, if even.. D: The place I went to last time was packed so I went to this place that was nearby.. never again.

Yeah that gets annoying, I could understand if you were getting something done that takes a long time but not just a cut.
I'm always happy when I get a Vietnamese lady who works there because she doesn't speak English well so we keep the talking to a minimum.
