Fanart for the DS game Trace Memory. I love adventure point and clicks! I LOVELOVELOVE cinq. Hotel Dusk is one of my favorite games (because it's more like a good novel). And now they came out with a new game called Again but I can't find it anywhere! D;Anyway, these are Ashley and her ghost friend D. This isn't a pairing per se... it's just when Ashley first meets D, I thought "Awww they would be so cute together. Too bad he's been dead for 57 years."
I like and don't like how this came out. I don't like it because it looks amateurish... I feel like I'm re-learning how to draw with the tablet. But I do like it because it came out well compared to the other crap I've been churning out. Also I think I managed to get the style of the game's art down pretty well.. and it was easy shading! <3
I should make her cheeks/nose pinker... I love that blush. ://D

Actually, I like it. Cool Technique.
Particularly like lower Ashley as a whole, and D's face didn't come out bad. Clouds were an interesting background choice, they contrast well with the overall darker more muted foreground.

Indeed I have! My latest blog entry in the CiNG group is my review on it. It's a really good mystery. Once you get past the trouble in the beginning of the game, the pace, the mystery and the PLOT TWISTS really get you going. Man, I loved the plot twists.
