For this one I used some long toothpicks and removed them in photoshop.
It's rather easy

i think ill maybe do a series like that too soon.
Great pictures with not too much effort.. but i think i still need more light (i only have 1 external flash)

If or when I revisit this kind of photos I'll make sure to use a different background. It looks to clean and even more fake when the background is just one color.

This could be done with just natural light or normal lamps. It's not like the fruit is moving

but i also dont have some strong lights i guess.. really need to buy all that light equipment..

i like the zero-g force field idea , bit pricey , but do-able & probably
