Aieeeeee!! It's very refreshing to see Noctowl getting some love! I love this pokemon and you're interpretation of this majestic owl certainly gives it justice! I love the old, knotted wood of the tree and the nest with unhatched eggs. And the background... fabulous!

Yeah, Hoothoot and Noctowl in terms of design are 2 of my favorite flying types, and they're just pretty cool in general.

It's a shame that their stat totals are less then impressive. But Tinted Lens is a pretty cool hidden ability.
