Chai, confetki y praniki! What is there not to like?! I love her shawl and the table cloth also....with the natural light and all that shadow in the corners I think it might seem a little gloomy even...but her expression overcompensates and it reminds me of mornings at home, warm by a cold window

The warmth in this shot is tangible, you can feel it, smell it. The colors are perfect. Not too much light, just right. The glow from the drapes and the child's clothing, sets the perfect tones upon her face. Very inviting little tea party. Wouldn't mind some of those cookies, myself.
Outstanding shot, as always.

This is a great photo! You're using the natural light from the window perfectly with this composition. I really like the scene and the warm colours fits the beautiful little girls' warm smile. A single photo can tell a whole story sometimes and this is a perfect example of just that! Excellent work!

I like this. I can't really put my finger on what it is about it that I like so much, but I don't mind: I look at your photos and I think, "I can learn from this fellow, but there's not much I can teach him" - well not about photography, anyway. I just wish I was better at learning from you.

I thought in Lithuania happened like here in Catalonia...we have calatan as local language but everyone knows spanish. How is it there with lithuanian and russian? For what I've seen ukranian is pretty similar to russian, and lithuatian?

BrokenLens In reply to velocista [2006-03-29 18:10:25 +0000 UTC]

In Lithuania russian knows only people over 25.(Lithuania was in USSR 16 years ago)
Ukainian and russian is slavonic language,Lithuanian and Latvian- Baltic. They are not similar.

Thanks for the information. I don't know much about Lithuania. I've always been a fan of lithuanian basketball and knew its player's names sounded different to russians....but that's all the knowledge I had about the language.
