yeah. i was reading 'i feel sick #1' in school and then i had business class in which i drew this. I now blatantly ignore that teacher with my jotter slapped out on top of the textbook and she is living up to her nickname of Dosy by still not noticing. anyway its Jhonen V.'s character Devi. I dunno why i drew her at this angle. i like and hate this picture because it looks like her but somethings off and i'm kind of glad somethings' off cause i wouldn't like to mimick Jhonen's style completely. i'd feel crap. but then it WOULD just look right and it goes on... also that eyebrow annoys me. jesus, i don't know what i was doing. i shoun't sit so far back when i'm sketching. will be moving this to scraps soon i think. don't really want pecilings on my main page.Related content

Really, really good. Fun angle, and her hair pleases me for some reason....she has a pensive/uncertain look on her face which maybe has something to do w/ the fact she's wearning Nny's boots.

I like this. I think what bothers you is her lower half has some serious forshortening going on, then her upper half is suddenly seen straight on. Somehow it still looks great ^_^
I like the boots. They look like those weird ones Johnny wears. I haven't read "I Feel Sick" yet, so I guess she wears them too.

thanks. i would do it more cause its fun to do but i feel like a mimic and thats bad. =/
i will probablee do more cause I'm intergrating into my style a little and because like I said its fun. I have more that i could scan but they'd be my characters in that style. dunno if that's any good...
