Ooh, this is an interesting shell. I like the black stripes on yellow. 
The detail of the shell is quite nice in this photo, and the field of vision is also nice. 
Somehow it feels as if the shell could be more centered here, but that's just my opinion.

I liked this slightly off-center position for the shell because it also shows the shadow of the shell on the left.

Fantastic capture!
I really like the detail and the shallow depth of field. The way the shell contrasts with the background in strength and clarity creates quite a potent impact indeed.
I'm not particularly fond of the framing... It would have been better if the shell was to the right a bit more, but... perhaps you could crop this into a square instead?
Nevertheless, it's still a brilliant piece. Quite natural, which is great.
