This is my experiment at making an "evil" looking lighting effect... And I didn't motion blur any of it either lol. This is Jin from Tekken in his Devil Jin form.

definately think this is one of your best. the lighting effects work really well, and combined with the image give a lot of movement. And yay for lack of motion blurs (dont like blurs)

Thank you very much! It's a lot harder to do backgrounds without motion blur though... But in the end I need to practise other methods. ^_^
Do you happen to have any advice or critique? I was rated "low low novice" when it came to my sigs, so I am looking for helpful advice ^_^

how can you get lower than novice? i can understand 'good' novice but a low low one? Any way's i'd say, practice. Try as many different tecniques and styles as you can, and eventually you'll find your niche.

Alright ^_^ Thank you very much!
They have a strange set up for ratings, with "Beginner" then "Novice"... So at least I made it to the second level
