Description
Hey, it worked for Adventure time, so I decided to make a character alignment sheet for Phineas and Ferb. and now: REASONING:Perry: Easy enough. Government agent who fights evil.
Isabella: Only objective in life: Please Phineas. She's a very nice person, but would murder a crowd of people if Phineas told her to.
Phineas: Morally good, but a bit of a loose cannon. The only time he gets mad is when something gets in the way of his daily project (even if it means letting a cute little rabbit go carrotless!)
Ferb: Mainly listens to orders. Never suggests projects of his own and only ventured away when there was no project to be had (Vanessary Roughness).
Stacy: never really takes orders or interrupts anything. The reason she turned on Candace was because she was having fun (Put that Putter Away)
Candace: Does this even need explaining?
Buford: A generic bully, but atleast he follows a code of conduct.
Vanessa: Has only been this once. otherwise she would be true neutral.
Doofenshmirtz: Maybe some debate to whether he is this or neutral evil, but Quantum Boogaloo shows how screwed everyone would be if HE were in charge, so he gets this.

Well, not so much "misplaced" as "could be interpreted in different ways." Like pretty much any of the Neutral characters could be seen as good, etc. Obviously it's hard to compress any vivid personality into two words.
When I showed my brother, he argued that Candace should be Lawful, though I personally agree with you: she doesn't seem so much concerned with rules as getting Phineas and Ferb in trouble.

Candace probably thinks she is Lawful Neutral, but only because she has delusions about being an authority figure. Vanessa used to be Lawful Neutral, but now she no longer cares if her dad is a villain.

I don't think she ever did care on moral grounds; she never tries to help Perry or anything, she just finds his villainy annoying.

Well, she used to act as if she had moral objections, at least in "I Scream, You Scream":
"This is worse than I thought!"
