This was commissioned by *soryukey , and he wanted me to make a comic poking fun at the film, "Turtles Forever" where the old 1980's Raph always talks to the audience. I personally wish that I saw the cartoon as a kid. D=Raphael and well, Raphael © The creator of the TMNT series

If this had the old toon guys with the 2012 version, then there'd be a lot of confusion whether old toon Raph was talking, or new Donnie, since they have the same voice actor.

HAHAHA!! I loved Turtles Forever! What saw of it at least. It soooo took me back to my childhood. I was great seeing the contrast between the different versions of the turtles. Made me appreciate the newer ones more. Great job with the pic. Makes me all warm inside. lol
