The Rarest to get would be Darkrai and Celebi. Since they're only from events.

this is just a random question. You know how Mewtwo is #150 and Mew is #151? Does that mean everybody knew about Team Rocket creating mewtwo or is it just some stupid mistake that the creators never bothered to fix?

Heh. My most prized possession as a kid was my special "152" Pokemon guide. With fold-out poster. The 152nd was Togepi. "Professor Oak" said that Mew was originally unlisted because it was supposed to be a myth- until it was discovered. Mewtwo, however, did exist, as it was fighting in Giovanni's Gym.
