Description
Whoooooo! Finally done!I started this way back, October, maybe earlier, and now I finished. If you'd like to see all the characters side by side you can .
I'm thinking of maybe doing an expansion later, with color variations, and maybe including more baroque shapes.
EDIT: Dec 2016 I've revamped these designs as adoptables , in case anyone is interested

probably not even properly shattered. before they can even form, the gem would be destroyed so that the minerals can be reused to try again and get it right this time

The text for the Round and Kashi pearls is really hard to read.

yeah, in hindsight, those weren't the best color choices
Round Pearl: Round pearls are spherical, or almost spherical. This is the ideal pearl shape, and many round pearls are nucleated, formed around an artificial center, to have a perfectly round shape. Non-nucleated round pearls are the most rare pearls, and typically only belong to very high ranking gems.
Kashi Pearl: Kashi, or keishi, pearls are baroque pearls. Kashi pearls are byproducts of round pearls, and form in addition to a nucleated pearl, or in error when nucleation fails.
