looks like the joke is on dash, now scootaloo is a princess and will get to see every wonderbolt show in the VIP section, guess she didn't count on flash being a good pony and giving her a better home. 

as for the idea of extended family only one pony comes to mind cadence and shinning's most disliked neighbor Chrysalis. you know she never did bring a gift to the wedding and even took the first piece of cake. the hilarity of cadence, shinning and chrysalis now all related thru scootaloo would be hilarious.
