This vector is... okay. But let me point a few things out.
First, the inside of the mouth was clearly not made using typical vectoring filling; the back of the mane shows signs of improper coloring too. Second, there are a lot of 'lumpy' or 'crooked' lines. The mouth is 'not quite right', and is pointed at a part it shouldn't be. The ears are too pointy and show signs of the coloring thing I mentioned earlier. The 'Anime Eye Glare' is lumpy; typically people use an ellipse tool for that. I also noticed that there are some visible differences between this vector and the frames from the video. Finally, the white background; I've never seen one on any vector before I saw this.

forgive me bronydancepary but will not remove my little pony derpy of the last episodes of season two of my little pony has seen it or so I told some friends of mine (I do not remember exactly but it only took a modified derpy)
