As Chaos checked the pressure on the gauge, he was still wondering why Gadget had decided that he was now her apprentice. Sure he knew how to use a few different tools, how to solder things, and had some minor mechanical skills. Things he felt would be less than helpful for what she typically worked on, but she was not having any of it. The pressure looked fine.

But this wasn't the only thing she had pulled lately. For reasons Chaos still didn't understand, Gadget had informed him that he was now her primary patrol partner. Now that he thought about it, she was spending quite a bit more time around him. It was obvious that things were starting to change between them despite all of their past bickering. And that crazy, yet attractive smell he associated with her wasn't helping matter. The situation felt rather surreal.

Of course, having her talk him out of wearing a shirt probably wasn't helping matters either. Chaos grimaced, and shook his head. He really needed to ask, and get some advice, but he had no idea who to ask. And do it in such a way as to not sound like a complete idiot either. A moment later, he felt her hand on his shoulder, and the tip of her tail wrap around his. While they felt good, it also complicating emotions, and desires that were bouncing all over the place.

Before he could say anything, Chaos suddenly felt Gadget lean against him. A second later his eyes went wide in shock when it sank it then she was firmly pressing her chest against his back. No, it was her boobs that he felt. There was no way this could be happening. It had to be a dream. "Uh, Gadget?"

"To answer your question, this is intentional," Gadget answered with a smile. "To be honest, it is an opportunity I couldn't pass up. Now hold still for a moment, I need to use you as a little leverage to reach this bolt. And you are just going to have to get used to this."

"Get used to this?" Chaos asked incredulously. There was no way she could be serious. Could she? "And this is kind of, uh, awkward to say the least."

"Yep. And how can you say this is awkward you goofball? I would only consider it to be that if I wasn't wearing my top." Gadget shook her head. Sooner or later he would realize that this wasn't a passing interest. "Plus what can I say? You are easy on the eyes."

Trying not to twitch, Chaos couldn't help but think that things were going to get a whole lot hotter between. He was thrilled, and unsure of what to do.
