Description
This is a character I created for a short lived RP back in late 2003, or early 2004. I believe the RP was supposed to be set in the late 12th century in Ireland. Around 1170 if a few of my old saved bits related to it are correct. RP didn't last long as a number of us in the group were part of the Gathering of the Gargoyles 2004 staff.
Note: While I can't confirm it (yet), there is a chance that yes, Chaos is a distant relative. It would make for an interesting picture if the two of them ran into one another.
Name: Kearney
Hatched: 1118
Height: 6 feet, 6 inches
Wingspan: 13 feet
Weight: 250 pounds
Coloration:
Body: Medium/ borderline dark green.
Wing backside: Dark green.
Wing inside:Green-yellow.
Hair: Dark brown bordering on black
Kearney received his name from some of the soldiers in the castle one night during a battle. His name is Celtic for "warrior," which is something he finds rather fitting. While is he is typically gentle, quiet and reserved around his fellow clan members, don't be fooled; he's as aggressive and deadly as the next gargoyle when it comes to battle. He has no love for the Normans', much less their invasions. They had killed the previous clan leader in a battle the year before and it is something he will not forget. He is one of the clan's main scouts.
His primary weapon is bow and arrows. Most foes have discovered all too late of his accuracy. For close combat, he uses a pair of short swords along with his elbow spikes and horns. Depending on the size of the group that is attacking the castle he'll do one of two things; should the group be small in size, he will fight at the front lines alongside other members of the clan. If it's a large sized group, he will loop around the enemy flank to hunt down and put an arrow in the enemy leader.
He takes the duty of defending the castle seriously. Also, he is fiercely loyal to the clan and will not hesitate to defend it.
