Description This was just a quick doodle I did with Greg Paul's fantastic skeletal reconstruction of Raptorex kriegsteini.
Being bored I had to do this one.
I may do a few more with the exact same style with Greg Paul/Scot Hartman's reconstruction as the rough base for the drawing...

A very fine rendition! But I though raptorex should be feathered since it was a realativly small and early member of the lineage. Tyranosaurs were coelurosaurs afterall.

Yeah, dinosaurs seem more monsterous, and therefore cooler with scales.

I wonder if they ever grew in size when this guy developed into Gorgosaurus, Albertosaurus, or even T-rex.

I guess, they were supposed to shrink in to little stubs as they grew you know. Then they would be classified as an Abelisaur species which would kind of wipe out the major popularity of the rexes...
