No i think their just getting gorged full of food. Check out a YouTube, & Deviantart pictures of a normally thin Kobayashi after one of his many eating contest. His belly really stretches out a lot, then gets thin again in a few days. Thin skin stretches a lot more than fat skin. Plus this is a big belly fetish drawing where anything is possible, right?Β
