I really don't know since we (my family) are constantly working on many projects simultaneously and we don't bother to track our time spent.
Suffice to say it was probably a little more than an evenings work. I can say that most costumes I've completed are estimated at about a little over half the time spent in design, with the remainder split between acquiring the raw materials and construction.
