At the beginning Aqua is obvious answer: she is a water Pokemon trainer after all!
But they captured legendary Kyogre! She must stop them and liberate Kyogre! Maybe as a part of Magma it's easier to do? And after it she will be able to stop Magma too))) By the way, red clothes look great on her!
