The Ketchum family discovered that there is some free space on a videotape with Ash’s battles (from OS) and decided to record there a battle of the new-generation-Ketchum dressed as “look, look, I’m just like dad!”. And thought it isn’t that serious (so, don’t worry about Psyduck), it’s a lot of fun for everyone

P.S. My headcanon is that the eldest daughter of Ash and Misty looks very much alike Ash, and it even happened so her name is Ashley.

P.P.S. Ash isn’t blocking the camera, he is a referee and rises his hand up to make a gesture and claim that the battle is over and their daughter and Pikachu won.
