Not a bad attempt. Just a few problems. I will start with what is good about it though.

The focus you created on the 3 characters is good. Just make sure that gekko does not blend in with the grass too much as he is.

The fireworks look amazing! Not always easy, but you did them quite well.

The problems are: You seem to have rushed the houses and Backdrop. Take time and care on this. The houses should be a different colour to the sky. There are maybe too many fireworks. And not enough light reflections of them on the characters and objects. Seems very fake and pasted. The character on the middle house I can hardly see. The character on the house to the far right is not visible enogh and your edges on things are not all that clearly defined. I think the grass should not be so long, as we cannot see the spikey hair dude's mouth in the facial expression and I feel that would clean it up a bit. And the mouths of the characters should be clearer. And I don't know, the pink one seems to be having anatomy problems. Study the characters and then you will be more accurate.

You are getting there, you just lack shadows, lighting on surfaces and clearness to your drawing.

My baby sister adores this show, which is great since it's actually quite enjoyable compared to other early children's shows. The grass and shading on the buildings looks pretty fantastic, and I like how the fireworks are sharper compared to the rest of the piece... though, at the same time, it feels a little off, like it pops out too much.
