My first actual, detailed, shaded, and colored backgrounded picture I've done in a long, long, LONG time. God this was such a pain to do, not perfect but I'm please with how most of it came out at lest. Soooo much shading, my eyes are killing me just staring at it.

This drawing relates to whatever you TMNT fans support when it comes to pairings with April. "Caspril", "Apritello", or "Anti-Apritello"; but in my opinion I ship April with both Though I do believe Donnie deserves better, considering she broke his heart back in season one when her father became a mutant thanks to the mutagen spill.

Since Casey became a part of the cast, knowing April's secret "friends" and why she's been sneaking out at night into the sewers Donatello's becoming a bit jealous of April's relationship with him. And because he originally saved her from The Kraang the day they met, he feels as though he's being pushed aside as just some person April's in debt to rather than something more. Due to this he starts to develop a series of dark feelings that are a bitter hatred towards Jones, over-protective of April and wanting him to stay out of her life since he's nothing but a trouble maker and always gets in the way of his time with April. This often leads to Donatello following them whenever they hang out...feeling the urge to lash out at Casey once he catches him alone and settle this love triangle once and for all.

I'm still new at drawing the turtles, so forgive me if Donnie's body came out a bit wonky in the little side panel where his head looks more round than egg-shaped. I'll get the hang of it eventually but I'm quite proud of this little piece since it's my first fanart picture relating to TMNT. I'll probably draw more in the future but that will most likely depend on my motivation like always. And it's pretty fucking obvious by my previous uploads I have a fandom crush on Donnie. Someone, for the love of Christ help me stop falling for every damn character I see!!!

Also the shape of Donnie's body in the left hand corner is suppose to look like that, mainly because it's a shadow rather than a body so there wasn't a lot of detail to use for it, which is why it's kind of lazily drawn half-assed. Casey's headband was pretty much the same since I had no, freaking idea how to even START drawing the design on his bandana so I just kinda winged it and hoped it'll look similar to the reference.

If you haven't noticed I'm going to start using another style of shading from now on, I didn't shade the entire picture but Donnie's body, April and Casey's Skin, and the faded streaks in their hair are what I'm going to be toying with when it comes to coloring my pictures. I'm honestly impressed so I think this little tool will come in handy next time I need it for a big project like this. c: Tookmethreefuckingdaystofinishthis.

Anywho, it's 4 AM here. Time to pass out and let myself drift into Dreamland. Enjoy my Darlings. ~
