John John: So as you can see son, these are all the scare awards that our family has won for over 20 genarations and expect you to keep that tradition alive. So no pressure  (gives him a pat on the back and leaves)

Johnny looks back at his dad and back the awards relising what his family is expected of him, he feel to his knees and put one hand over his eyes "Aw crap"

Love the pic, even though "John-John" is probably the single worst influence on his son's life and the main reason why Johnny acts like a jerk and a bully.  His dad has put all this pressure on him never to fail or lose, and of course that's an impossible task for anyone, let alone a 22-year-old kid, to live up to.  Even the Pixar artists and Johnny's own voice actor have mentioned that Johnny is driven by a constant fear of losing or failing at anything.
He's from a background that holds tradition over everything else, and he's terrified that he's going to break with that tradition and lose the approval of his father.  It is sad when a parent's love has strings attached.
