Description
Here is my tribute to the french painter Gustave Courbet.He painted the castle of Chillon in a way that touched me with a very specific light and composition.
I like to think that we may have felt the same melancholy when the weather is rainy and foggy. When the time does not exist anymore.
The place, the rocks, the surrounding mountains and the vast Geneva lake with the dark water remain the same.
The melancholy takes us on a journey through time.
