Yes, I got excited with this AU and made this in a day. I promise I'm still focused on my NGs I just wanted to expand on the Mimics real quick

This is one of the many informative posters Twilight hangs all around Ponyville, and the first one to feature the recently discovered fact that you must burn a Mimic for it to leave its host for good. With this information the accidental burnings became more and more common: the town putting together huge bonfires where they'd throw anypony suspected of being a Mimic. Eventually Twilight managed to control the situation, but not before many innocent lifes were taken.

How could Twilight blame them? The dissappearances became more and more common every day and panic was spreading like a plague. It was her own mistake, it had to be. She ought to be more careful with the knowledge she released to the public. It was her fault.
