Right now I've gotten really into ship plans for story ideas.

My current work in progress is for an original patrol boat idea, the sort of small ship that monitors and scouts the outer fringes of territory, tracks down rogues and ne'er-do-well's, carries out customs and safety checks, performs search-and-rescue operations and numerous other tasks and duties to keep the border safe.

Small and highly manoeuvrable she carries a maximum crew of 30 for short duration missions, equipped with a wide range of sensors and equipment for performing rescues as well as a surprising armament for a ship of her size including a dual-mount plasma cannon, six laser turrets and an EMP projector.

Working on the rest of the decks and will get them posted when I'm happy with them.
