What's the whole point of having the TV shows be in the same universe as the movies if they're not allowed to crossover? C'mon, Marvel. Give your fans what they want!

Kevin Feige and people involved in both the shows and movies stated its that their production schedule dont match together, for example the movies are writter years in advance before the tv division begins planning the nxt show or season, so the writters of the movie have no way of knowing what will happen in the TV shows like if the character will still be alive by the end of the show, will he or she still be superheroes, what their emotional state will be
for example Civil War script was written around 2013-2014 before SHIELD had introduced the Inhumans and before DD and Jessica Jones aired, it started filming in Summer 2015, before Agents of SHIELD S3 aired and started dealing with the surgance of Inhumans worldwide (for example during an interview when the writters were asked if Civil War will have mentions of the Fish Oil incident, they asked the interviwer what the hell eh was talknig about, they had no idea of the fish oil incident from agents of SHIELD), Daredevil had just aired, but it was too late to include him (plus just weeks before filmning started of Civil War, Kevin Feige said he had not seen Daredevil yet), plus Season 2 was still in writting stages and Jessica Jones had no aired yet. so praticalyl they had no way of knowing where the characters would be left on. while for movies its more easier since most of the movies are written or filmed before they start workong on the next one, for example scripts for Doctor Strange, Guardians 2, Spider-Man, Thor 3, Black Panther are ready to go, thus the Infinity War writters can ready those scripts and see where the characters will end up at the end of these movies so that they can continue from where these films left off.

Luke keeps to his own, & if he couldn't be neutral he'd go Cap.
I Matt chose to side Cap, he'd violate the law he swore to uphold in court. BUT, if he went Stark, it'd mean exposing his secret ID to the world to comply with sanctions. TUFF SPOT!
