Description
So I randomly thought of this Chimecho evolution. I haven't thought of a name yet, but I was going for something that starts with 'chi-', following the pattern of Chingling and Chimecho, and obviously, for the wind chime reference.This is my first time at spriting fakemon from scratch, though I got lazy at some point and left some details unpolished here and there.
I hope I get new ideas soon.
