Just a rough idea of what my full Pinhead cosplay would be. Sadly, I'm not sure my wax's strength would hold up to more than an hour. It was fun to do anyways, even though I used screws instead of pins.I think that this makeup is the best one I did when I was 15.

Hey lady, A few months back i was goofing off with some nails i found and did something similar with latex and really small nails, i read in here that you wanted to do a full costume as a cosplay, i am working on the same thing at the moment, for very affordable sclera lenses look up necko sclera, they are based out in the UK but ship everywhere with no shipping fees.. instead of using actual heavy nails or screws get a box of plastic barrel q tips, melt both ends and twirl them on a slick glass surface like a dinner plate to get flat ends ...to adhere them to your skin use a product called 3rd degree silicon compound, it does not look thick and choppy the way this does ...and for indents in your face try a product called ridged collodion .. you paint it on like a nail polish, let it dry and it sucks in your skin indenting it ... these together will give you a profoundly realistic creepy result without needing any photoshop help, good luck on your build! (my makeup result) > my personal makeup test with products posted above

Very cool! I'll consider those things for the future. I just struggle with putting in contacts, so I edit the eyes.
Thank you for the tips! Your picture is amazing, by the way.

Thank you very much, contacts are something to get used to, you can always start with circle lenses from pinky paradice ...they make big black ones and they are VERY soft+ comfortable, they also do not skew your vision too bad. The lenses I am wearing are like taking a leach out of a jar and sticking it into your eye lol. It just looks good if you go to a convention..women and children are guaranteed to run from you. But them screws look very heavy like they were a pain to set on your face! i could only imagine what it was like cleaning this up!!! scar wax can be nasty to get off ...the silicon can cost a bit ... but it is real fun to play with from an fx makeup standpoint c:

Yes, it was quite messy afterwards.. lol
I just hope to get better at FX and get to a point where I can use proper contacts.

Thank you, my friend. xD
I'm planning on actually doing the whole cosplay, once I get my crap together to bother making the costume.
And also get a bald cap.
I have too much hair.
