What the Allegiance is to the United States, Concorde is for Canada. Inspired by the example of their neighbors down south, a small number of heroes in the north gathered together to form a similar union. This would prove fortuitous, as while Canada does not have quite the amount of criminal activity as the United States, an unusually large number of supernatural and extraordinary threats would be attracted to it, requiring some form of heroic response to deal with these. Though the Concorde have gone through their share of changes, one of the constants throughout their lifetime has been their leader: Delphi.

Delphi is one of the preeminent psionics in the world for decades. She has been coy about how her powers came about, or how she learned to use them as well as she has. Some say she had training from a shaman. Others say that she was a product of a Canadian attempt to duplicate the Russian psionics program that trained Velikisyn. She won't answer any of these questions, and she may take these secrets to the grave. Delphi is old, very old. She may not look like it, but the glamour that makes her look young and full of vitality hides someone who has been in the hero game for a very long time. And unlike heroes like Captain Meteor, she has no cosmic power slowing her aging process. Thankfully, her mind is sharper and stronger than it has ever been, though the future of Concorde without her remains uncertain.
