And now we move on to some other TW baddies who, unlike Hera, Vastatrix, and the Infernal Empress, have not received as much love or attention in recent memory. So the next couple days will feature these guys as drawn by for a large set of commissions from last year.

First up is the guy who is, at the very least, my favorite TW enemy, and right up there with Hera as a nemesis to our heroine: the enigmatic mad science villain Helreginn. Some of it is his look, some of it is his inspiration (Dr. Doom meets Pinhead), some of it is his weird mix of intense, bottled up anger and hatred mixed with a calm, unflappable demeanor and badass "never say die" determination. This is also the only major villain in TW rogues gallery who I see teaming up with or helping Samantha in certain situations, add a wrinkle to him that makes him stand out from the other TW rogues. And yet despite this seeming nobility or willingness to help TW preserve the world from the more "endy" types like Hera, Dominus, or Nosophoros, he is still capable of great, awful evil. Just ask Katrina Becker, Samantha's former BFF. It will be interesting to see where he ends up when I conclude things.
