Description
FULL VIEW!!!Barred Owl
This was taken in a park in the North East (won't say where). There were also Turkey Vultures and Black Vultures, as well as a Great Horned Owl. They were all currently caged due to injuries.

This is somehow touching. I love owls and they always seem to possess so much wisdom.

I agree. However, the rangers are letting them back into the wild they've been deemed fully recovered.
