cool pic, I would suggest removing the texture in the picture that's not on the guy's face but on the background to remove the flat-looking-effect it gives it, unless that's what you meant to do, but my first expectation was that it wasn't (shrugs)
I like the imagery of the man's eye melting, perhaps his humanity/reason melting away, falling prey to a lesser and depraved mind caused by willful and encouraged blindness

well, that "incriminating" texture > I want to gain some old-looking photo effect. But you are right picture looks flat (bad choice of texture)
