This would be the long answer my mom would give to every single individual that asks her why she's not going to the water and take a dip, cause she always explains the long reason before saying: "I can't swim." x'D

No, he just doesn’t know how to swim. His body is too heavy and even with tires, he can’t float. If he sinks, the water will prevent his body from making gas exchanges to produce the energy that he needs to live. I mean, he’ll die.
