"Do you heard the latest news" in english would be "Did you hear the latest news."
Do being present tense "I need to do this quick."
Did being past tense "I did that earlier"
Heard is used like this: "I heard about that earlier" or "we heard about it" where as if the character is asking someone about it they'd ask "Did you hear about the new rule?"

See I've been toying with the idea of what would happen after the war and all. I mean earth is a place that seems to always have energon, so I don't think the Autobots or Decepticons would leave it be. So it'd make sense to have diplomatic relations. The idea came to me that a trade of knowledge would be a good idea so the Cybertronian delegation team up with the United Nations to make a University where bots and humans work next to one another.
My fanfics never live long though XD So I might leave it alone lol!
As for the examples, examples help with understanding. It'd be rather rude of me not to show you why the english language uses words in the way it does.

This main idea can yield many interesting situations! A fanfic not need to be long, you could write short stories addressing this exchange of knowledge and everything that can come with this integration.
