In the last panel, you could have Lanyse say "Enough filling my audial sensors with slag!"
*Frag* Is generally used to describe or insult beings. Example: "What a fragger."
*Frag* is also commonly used as a term of surprise, example: "What the frag are you doing?"
*Slag* is used to describe almost anything, examples: "What the slag!?" "What a slagger!" "I've had enough of your slag!"

It's slang for a Cheap Prostitute. It can still be used in the G1 continuity for consistency, and no Cartoons will be altered, but from Prime onwards, it's Scrap, Frag and any other Offensive sounding mechanical terms.

They're not going to be fluent though. If you notice, the one thing that stands out with them in the Cartoons is their speech patterns, Optimus never uses Contractions, some of them use a certain set of words or use the same adjectives over and over.

I realllly hope the girl couldn't hear what he was saying. *I* started blushing pretty furiously and don't blame Lanyse for slapping him at all! Oh my gosh if I were trying to show someone that they don't need to be afraid or embarrassed around my people I certainly wouldn't want someone coming up and spouting off like that!
At the rate he's going he's only justifying the human race's fear of them, or purely making it even moreΒ awkward! Man >.<; If I were in the girl's shoes I would have excused myself and gone home right then and there if I was able to hear what he was saying. Talk about embarrassing. As if humans can help their own biology!

Mindy didn't understood a word because she was speaking in Cybertronian language. But even not understanding what is being said, we can understand the anger by the way you talk.
For this reason she looked uncomfortable. I'd be uncomfortable too.
