I drew this for the Twilight competition held by Holdscepp, in which the entrants have to submit a traditional piece (a scene from the twilight saga books, which they missed in the movies - which means the whole of breaking dawn is included.) [link]

I chose my favourite part in the fourth book, Breaking Dawn, where Jacob imprints on Renesmee. This is kind of how I saw it when he walked down the stairs - expecting to want to rip the little half blood's throat out - and suddenly his whole life made sense in one moment. She's radiating because now instead of Jacob being Bella's "sun", Renesmee is now Jacob's.
