It does that when you resize the border padding. All you have to do to fix it is restart explorer which can easily be done via task manager. You will also see it on skype and of course will have to restart that application as well.

You're using work right? I've never had that problem with it, though I do have an issue with some of neiio's visual styles cutting off the taskbar on a second monitor. But yea usually the black bar I get goes away once I restart explorer. Does it do the same thing for any other visual styles?

Sounds like it's a problem with your system. Did you try to see if you enabling the ribbon again fixes it?
